The space

This beautiful apartment was fully renovated in 2023 and tastefully decorated by an architect, carefully preserving the charm of the original features – notably the lovely moldings that are so characteristic of the traditional Haussmann style – while offering all the modern amenities and comfort one would expect for a short stay!

The apartment consists of an entrance opening into the main living area, which includes a modern, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and a dining space that can accommodate up to 6 people, along with a comfortable living room fitted with a TV and Wi-Fi.

Extending from the kitchen, you’ll find the first double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), generous storage, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

On the other side, at the entrance and directly to your left, there is a second double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a baby crib.
Across from it, you’ll find a second independent bathroom with a sink, bathtub, and toilet.

At the end of the hallway, there is a third double bedroom, also equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200).

In total:

1 double bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and WC;

1 double bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and a baby crib;

1 double bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200);

1 independent bathroom with shower, sink, and WC;

You’ll especially appreciate the location of this apartment, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions such as the Opéra Garnier and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. The Louvre Museum is also easily accessible via metro in under 15 minutes, or a 25-minute walk.

You’ll also be just steps away from the trendy Pigalle district, the Opéra, and Montmartre, home to numerous restaurants, bistros, fashion boutiques, and renowned art galleries.

Upon your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions: bed linens, towels, and bath products from the NUXE Paris cosmetics brand will be provided.

A complete house manual will also be available, including all the practical information you may need for a pleasant stay (security, amenities, neighborhood recommendations, etc.).

CHECK-IN AFTER 8PM

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival (payment on cash):
+ 20 € (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
+ 30 € (after 10 p.m.)
+ 50 € (after midnight)

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please advise prior to arrival and note that it will be charged as an extra.

AMENITIES & BATH PRODUCTS

We provide sustainable bath products from French cosmetics brand NUXE Paris : shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

HOUSEKEEPING

For long stays of more than 7 days, we can provide an additional cleaning service including replacement of all household linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) which will be charged as an extra at 220€.
