In the living area which benefits from a great natural light thanks to its two large windows, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful dining area/counter with stools completely opened to a large and comfortable lounge area equipped with a sofa, television and wireless internet.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and large storage space entirely at your disposal.
The accommodation is also equipped with a cot and a high chair to accommodate a small child.

The neighborhood
Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district.
Don't miss the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, as well as the Edith Piaf museum.
Formerly a working class district, the 11th district is now one of the most "trendy" districts, especially on the Place de la Bastille side with many bars with different atmospheres. The district is also rich in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.
But you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.
Getting around
The apartment is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!
The nearest train station is Ledru-Rollin (line 8) - just 4 mins away on foot. There's also Bréguet - Sabin (line 5) station just 10 mins away. From both of these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris!
Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 40-mins drive from the flat.

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival:

HOUSEHOLD LINEN
We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please note that it will be charge as an extra.

We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

HOUSEKEEPING
We propose mid-stay professional cleaning services only for long stays over 10 days that include making beds with clean linens, dusting furniture, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen and towel exchanges.
This service will be billed at the same rate as the Cleaning fees displayed on this listing page. Please ask us once you booked your reservation to arrange day and time for this service. Only upon availability of the cleaning team.
