The space

Our 3 bedroom loft is 100m2 spread across two floors. It is on the ground floor, with a mezzanine and traditional ‘verriere’ glass ceilings. We use a fantastic concierge service that manages the apartment on our behalf, provides linen and cleaning and will meet you to let you in and ensure you have a comfortable stay.

• Please note that our loft is not a typical apartment. It is full of much loved vintage and antique furniture, collectibles, rugs and a library of old books that makes it so special. However the fittings, layout and windows are typical of an old factory conversion. Please look carefully at the photographs before booking.

The neighborhood

Melanie’s place is located in the 9th Arrondissement, Paris, Île-de-France, France.

We are located in the 9th arrondissement between metro Anvers and Gare du Nord at the base of the famous Sacré Coeur & charming Montmartre area. This quartier has become the centre of new and wonderful restaurants and wine bars. Our loft is across from a excellent ‘fromagerie’ cheese shop, and surrounded by florists, traditional butchers and boulangeries. Close by are several supermarkets. At the top of the street is the beautiful Avenue Trudaine filled with terraced cafes, bistro’s and fashion boutiques, the lovely Park Anvers from which you have views up to the Sacre Coeur and a produce market on Fridays and the rue Martyrs with its famous fresh food stores and boutiques.

We are 5 minutes walk from the Eurostar and Thalis Terminals at Gare du Nord.

Getting around

From our apartment, it is easy to walk around the city.
For trains, we are 5 min walk from metro ANVERS (L2), 10 min from GARE DU NORD train station (L4 & L5; REB B & D), or metro POISSONNIÈRE (L7).

And there are multiple bus stops close by.
If you are driving, there is a secure parking station 200 metres away on our street at Square Anvers.

CHECK-IN

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival:
+ 20 € (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
+ 30 € (after 10 p.m.)
+ 50 € (after midnight)

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please note that it will be charge as an extra.

AMENITIES

We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

For any questions or assistance, we are available 7 days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Paris time).

HOUSEKEEPING

We propose mid-stay professional cleaning services only for long stays over 10 days that include making beds with clean linens, dusting furniture, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen and towel exchanges.

This service will be billed at the same rate as the Cleaning fees displayed on this listing page. Please ask us once you booked your reservation to arrange day and time for this service. Only upon availability of the cleaning team.
