The space

This beautiful two-story converted artist's studio offers a bright yet cozy atmosphere that perfectly reflects the unique spirit of Montmartre.

The modern and luxurious decor highlights noble and warm materials with a contemporary touch that evokes Parisian charm. Walnut, oak, and velvet are combined with precious details: brass, aged Italian mirror, chrome-plated nickel...

On the ground floor, the loft consists of an entrance that opens onto a spacious and welcoming living area filled with natural light, thanks to a glass wall that extends to the ceiling. You will find a living room area equipped with a projector with screen and Wi-Fi, a workspace area, an open kitchen made of walnut and enameled lava stone featuring Gaggenau appliances, as well as a dining area that can accommodate up to 4 people under a majestic chandelier. In general, the apartment features plenty of storage space.

Going up the stairs, you access the mezzanine: a space dedicated to relaxation with its beautiful bright bedroom flanked by two wardrobes, equipped with a king-size bed (180x200) and surrounded by heavy velvet curtains, allowing for complete darkness and ensuring optimal visual and acoustic comfort.

On one side, you will find a modern bathroom lined with precious mosaic tiles featuring a double sink, a walk-in shower, and an enclosed toilet, and on the other side, a separate and spacious walk-in closet.

The large, expansive windows and high ceilings enhance the sense of space and flood the entire loft with natural light.

To sum up:

• 1 bedroom with king-size bed (180x200).

• 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, and enclosed toilet.

• 1 walk-in closet and 2 dressing rooms.

The apartment benefits from an ideal location in the heart of the picturesque Montmartre neighborhood on the prestigious Avenue Junot.
You will enjoy its absolute tranquility while being close to lively cafés, art galleries, and charming boutiques that make this historic district famous.

Upon arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions (bed linens, towels, and bath products).

A complete house manual with all the necessary information to ensure a pleasant stay (security, amenities, local recommendations, etc.) will also be available.

You will have access to the entire apartment as shown in the photos.

1 set of keys will be provided to you upon arrival.

As I am not present on site, I have entrusted the management of my apartment to Tranquille Émile, whom I fully trust.
The Tranquille Émile team will be there to welcome you and ensure that you feel at home!

CHECK-IN AFTER 8PM

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival (payment on cash):
+ 20 € (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
+ 30 € (after 10 p.m.)
+ 50 € (after midnight)

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.

BATH PRODUCTS

We provide sustainable bath products from French brand 'NUXE Paris': shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

AMENITIES

We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

HOUSEKEEPING

For long stays of more than 7 days, we offer an additional cleaning service including replacement of all household linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) which will be charged at 115€.
