Ideally located on Rue Blanche in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, this apartment is just a few steps from iconic landmarks such as the Moulin Rouge and the Montmartre village.

The space

This spacious family apartment features an inviting entryway that opens into a bright and welcoming living area. The sunlit living room, with direct access to a private terrace running its entire length, includes a comfortable seating area equipped with a TV and WiFi. The adjacent dining space comfortably seats up to six people.

To the right of the entrance, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, which leads to the first bedroom designed as a studio. This space includes a full-size bed (140x190 cm), an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a kitchenette with a fridge.

To the left of the entrance, a hallway leads to the second bedroom, which features a king-size bed (180x200) and direct access to the terrace, offering a charming view over the rooftops of Paris. Further down the hall, you'll find a separate toilet, a third bedroom with a full-size bed (140x190 cm) and a small private balcony, as well as the main bathroom, which includes a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

A detailed house manual will also be provided, containing all essential information about the apartment (security, amenities, and local recommendations) to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable stay.

To help ensure you have the most pleasant stay, please note:

  • Elevator access up to the 5th floor, followed by a short walk up to the 6th and top floor via stairs (approximately 20 steps).

  • This is the owners’ primary residence, so some personal belongings and items may be present in the apartment.

  • During very hot summer periods, the apartment may get warm. Fans are provided in each bedroom.

  • In winter and during shoulder seasons, the building’s central heating operates seasonally; two portable electric heaters are available for added comfort.

  • The kitchen is functional and well equipped, with storage that reflects a lived-in home rather than a brand-new, unused apartment.

  • The apartment has true Parisian character, with authentic, sometimes older features and certain characteristics typical of a historic building.

The neighborhood

Located on Rue Blanche in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, the apartment enjoys a prime location between Pigalle, Montmartre, and South Pigalle (SoPi). The neighborhood is lively, central, and highly appreciated for its authentic Parisian atmosphere.

You’ll find many cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and local shops just a short walk away. The area blends local residents, trendy spots, and iconic cultural venues, while remaining pleasant and convenient for everyday life.

Public transportation is excellent, with several nearby metro lines providing quick access to the Opéra, department stores, Le Marais, Saint-Germain, and Montmartre.

The neighborhood is generally considered safe and vibrant—ideal for travelers who want to explore Paris on foot while enjoying a true local neighborhood feel.

Getting around

Pigalle metro station (Lines 2 & 12) is about a 3-minute walk away, and Blanche metro station (Line 2) is about a 4-minute walk away.

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival (payment on cash):

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please note that it will be charge as an extra.


AMENITIES & BATH PRODUCTS

We provide sustainable bath products from French cosmetics brand NUXE Paris : shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.


HOUSEKEEPING

For long stays of more than 7 days, we can provide an additional cleaning service including replacement of all household linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) which will be charged as an extra at 280€.
