The space

This magnificent apartment offers a bright and elegant atmosphere. The modern and carefully curated decor highlights high-quality materials, with a contemporary touch that evokes the typical Parisian charm. It also boasts a lovely view over the rooftops of Paris, which you can fully enjoy from the private balcony.

The apartment consists of an entrance that opens onto a welcoming living space, including a sunlit lounge equipped with a wall-mounted TV and WiFi; an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with warm wooden finishes and modern appliances, as well as a dining area that can accommodate up to four people.

Upon entering, on your left, you will find the first bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200) and ample storage space.

Further along, also on the left, is a second, smaller bedroom with a double bed (140x190).

Both bedrooms overlook the courtyard, ensuring a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

At the end of the hallway, you will find the bathroom, featuring an Italian-style shower and a toilet.

The apartment includes:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190)

• 1 bathroom with an Italian-style shower, sink, and toilet

• 1 balcony equipped with a small table and two chairs

The apartment enjoys an ideal location, nestled in the heart of the vibrant Oberkampf district.
You will appreciate its tranquility while being close to lively cafés, restaurants, and charming boutiques that make this neighborhood so renowned.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator, and access is exclusively via stairs. This requires good physical condition, especially when carrying luggage.

Upon your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions (bed linen, towels, and toiletries provided).

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in the heart of the Oberkampf district, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.

You’ll be able to explore the neighborhood on foot and fully immerse yourself in one of the most vibrant areas of the capital.

Just a stone’s throw from the highly sought-after Marais district, you can enjoy the many cafés, restaurants, fashion boutiques, and art galleries that make it so famous — all within easy reach.

Getting around

You’ll also have quick and easy access to the city’s main tourist attractions, whether by a pleasant walk or just a few minutes on the metro thanks to an excellent public transport network.

CHECK-IN AFTER 8PM

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival (payment on cash):
+ 20 € (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
+ 30 € (after 10 p.m.)
+ 50 € (after midnight)

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please note that it will be on request and charged as an extra.

AMENITIES & BATH PRODUCTS

We provide sustainable bath products from French cosmetics brand NUXE Paris : shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

HOUSEKEEPING

For long stays of more than 7 days, we can provide an additional cleaning service including replacement of all household linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) which will be charged as an extra at 159€.
