The space

This beautifully decorated apartment with a modern and refined style features an entrance hallway leading to the left into the bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200), plenty of storage space, and an en-suite bathroom with a sink and shower.
The bedroom overlooks a small inner courtyard and is very quiet.

Further down the hallway, you'll find separate toilets and, at the end, the living area which includes a living room with a projector, Wi-Fi, and a workspace.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes a dining area that can accommodate 2 people.

Please note: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator and is only accessible via stairs.

Upon your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions (bed linen, towels, and toiletries provided).

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in the very heart of the Marais district, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris.

You’ll be free to explore this iconic neighborhood on foot and fully immerse yourself in one of the most sought-after areas of the capital.
Whether you want to visit the Louvre Museum, stroll through charming tree-lined squares, or enjoy the many cafés and art galleries that give the neighborhood its unique character—everything is within easy reach.

You’ll also have easy access to the city’s major tourist attractions, either by a pleasant walk or within minutes by metro, thanks to an excellent public transportation network.

Châtelet (L1, L4, L7, L11 & L14) - 4 min walk (300m)

Châtelet-Les Halles (RER A, B & D) - 9 min walk (650m)

CHECK-IN AFTER 8PM

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival (payment on cash):
+ 20 € (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
+ 30 € (after 10 p.m.)
+ 50 € (after midnight)

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please note that it will be on request and charged as an extra.

AMENITIES & BATH PRODUCTS

We provide sustainable bath products from French cosmetics brand NUXE Paris : shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

HOUSEKEEPING

For long stays of more than 7 days, we can provide an additional cleaning service including replacement of all household linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) which will be charged as an extra at 116€.
