The space

This stunning architect house, elegantly decorated in a modern and refined style, features an entrance leading to the first bedroom on your left, equipped with a double bed (140x190), an independent bathroom with a bathtub, and separate toilets.

On the same level, the spacious living area offers beautiful volumes and includes a lounge equipped with a projector, Wi-Fi, and an open-plan kitchen fully fitted with modern appliances, as well as a dining area that can comfortably seat up to six guests.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find another set of separate toilets and a beautiful master suite featuring a queen-size bed (160x190) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Please note that the property:
- is spread over two levels, with stairs leading to the upper floor
- does not have air conditioning

Overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard, the house offers a serene and green environment while being ideally located in a lively and trendy neighborhood filled with elegant cafés, bistronomic restaurants, and boutique shops.

Upon your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions — bed linen, towels, and bath products are provided.

A comprehensive house manual will also be available, including all the essential information for a pleasant stay (safety details, equipment, and local recommendations).

2 sets of keys will be given to you on arrival.

The neighborhood

The apartment enjoys a prime location to experience authentic Parisian life. The Rue Sedaine area is lively and trendy, filled with stylish cafés, bistronomic restaurants, and boutique shops. Just a short walk from Le Marais, Place des Vosges, and the Port de l’Arsenal, it offers the perfect balance between vibrant city life and a pleasant neighborhood feel.

Excellent public transport connections make it easy to reach all of Paris’s main attractions.

CHECK-IN AFTER 8PM

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival (payment on cash):
+ 20 € (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
+ 30 € (after 10 p.m.)
+ 50 € (after midnight)

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please note that it will be on request and charged as an extra.

AMENITIES & BATH PRODUCTS

We provide sustainable bath products from French cosmetics brand NUXE Paris : shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

HOUSEKEEPING

For long stays of more than 7 days, we can provide an additional cleaning service including replacement of all household linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) which will be charged as an extra at 190€.
