The space

With its minimalist décor, modern amenities, private ground-level terrace, and lush surroundings, the Atelier Amelot is a true haven of peace right in the heart of lively Paris.
It offers the perfect setting to experience the city like a local, just steps away from the many restaurants, fashion boutiques, art galleries, and cultural venues that make the Marais district so iconic.

The Atelier features a modern, open, fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware you need to prepare meals just like at home—and even better.
For dining, relaxing after a day out, or working remotely, you’ll enjoy a built-in bench that comfortably seats up to two people.

Thanks to the Atelier’s full opening onto the outdoors and the terrace furnished with a garden set for four, you can fully enjoy moments outside—whether it’s sipping your morning coffee, having a drink, or dining al fresco.

The bedroom includes a double bed (140x200) with a premium hotel-quality mattress and a full closet for your belongings.

Just behind the kitchen, you’ll find the bathroom, featuring a spacious shower, sink, and toilet.

The Atelier is also equipped with a washing machine and Wi-Fi.

Upon arrival, everything will be set up to welcome you in the best conditions (bed linens, towels, and bath products included).

A complete home manual will also be available, providing all the information you may need for a pleasant stay (safety, amenities, and even the neighborhood’s best spots).

The neighborhood

This central neighborhood perfectly blends historic Parisian charm with a modern, creative atmosphere.

Ideally located on Rue Amelot, in a trendy and lively neighborhood, it sits just steps from the Marais district, 500 meters from Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum or reknown Enfants Rouges Market (food market) in Rue de Bretagne.

Within minutes, you’ll find stylish coffeeshops (Kitsuné, Boot café, Pontochoux café..), bakeries (Du Pain, Mie mie, Ten Bells bread, Maison Plisson..), wine/cocktail bars (Le Mary Celeste, Little Red Door, Folderol), designer/fashion boutiques (Merci Concept Store, AMI Paris, Acne Studio, The Frankie Shop..), art galleries, and some of the best restaurants in the city (Au passage, Le Saint-Sébastien, Bistrot des Tournelles, Chez Janou..).

It’s the ideal starting point to explore Paris on foot or taking the metro located only 200M away from the apartment!

The Saint-Sébastien–Froissart metro station (L8) is just 200 meters away.

CHECK-IN AFTER 8PM

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival (payment on cash):
+ 20 € (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
+ 30 € (after 10 p.m.)
+ 50 € (after midnight)

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please note that it will be on request and charged as an extra.

AMENITIES & BATH PRODUCTS

We provide sustainable bath products from French cosmetics brand NUXE Paris : shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

HOUSEKEEPING

For long stays of more than 7 days, we can provide an additional cleaning service including replacement of all household linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) which will be charged as an extra at 100€.
