The apartment comprises a living area on the first floor with a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining area that can seat up to six people, and a comfortable living room equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
You will appreciate the beautiful light in this room with its large windows offering a lovely view of the Carrefour de l'Odéon.
On the second level, accessed via a marble staircase, is the sleeping area, with a first double bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200) and air conditioning, and a separate bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub.
At the end of the hallway, you will find a separate toilet and a small shower room.
Finally, at the end of the hallway, you will find a second double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), air conditioning, and access to a third bedroom with a single bed (90x190).
Please note that access to the single bedroom is only through the master bedroom, making it ideal for a couple with a child.

HOUSEHOLD LINEN
We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please note that it will be on request and charged as an extra.
AMENITIES & BATH PRODUCTS
We provide sustainable bath products from French cosmetics brand NUXE Paris : shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.
HOUSEKEEPING
For long stays of more than 7 days, we can provide an additional cleaning service including replacement of all household linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) which will be charged as an extra at 240€.
