Le Temple in the Marais / République

The space

The apartment consists at the entrance of a first living area with an open and fully equipped kitchen with a table that can comfortably accommodate +/- 6 people, a second living/lounge area equipped with a large sofa, and finally 3 beautiful en-suite bedrooms (that are not equipped with toilet)

⚠️ Please note that there is only ONE TOILET in the entire apartment but it is separated and it is located in the entrance. None of the bathrooms are equiped with toilets.

That is :

• 1 double bedroom with a queen size bed (160 × 200 cm / 63 × 79 inches) with its private bathroom equipped with a bathtub (but no toilet) ;

• 2 double bedrooms each one equipped with a double bed (140 × 200 cm / 55 × 79 inches) and it's own private bathroom with a shower (but no toilet) ;

• only 1 separate toilet ;

• many completely empty storage spaces at your disposal ;

The apartment is fully equipped with WIFI, TV, DISHWASHER, WASHER, COMBINED OVEN, NESPRESSO COFFEE MAKER, TOASTER, KETTLE, KITCHEN UTENSILS, ...).

When you arrive, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions (bed linen, towels and bath products).

Please note that the arrival is autonomous and is from 4:00 p.m.

A complete housing manual will be at your disposal with all the information you need to have a pleasant stay (safety, equipment, local recommendations to eat, etc.).

You will particularly appreciate the great comfort and tranquility of this apartment overlooking the courtyard as well as its location close to Place de la République, the Marais district and the Canal Saint-Martin !

Things to keep in mind about this unit:

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (2 flights of stairs with 38 steps in total, without elevator)

There is only one toilet in the entire apartment. None of the bathrooms are equipped with toilet.

The apartment does not have air conditioning (AC).

Guest access

• It is a self check-in from 4pm.

If you'd like to check-in earlier (before 4pm), let us know. If that's possible, we will be happy to accomodate you !

• Check-out at 11am the latest.

• 1 set of keys will be at your disposal.

For your convenience, a key lockbox is available at the entrance of the apartment, giving you full flexibility in managing the keys.

Located in the heart of Le Marais, one of Paris’s most iconic and sought-after neighborhoods, the apartment enjoys a prime address rue du Temple. Just steps away, you’ll find the Carreau du Temple, a major cultural venue, as well as an excellent selection of cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and specialty shops. CHECK-IN

Check-in is self-service from 4:00 PM, using a key lockbox located at the entrance of the apartment.

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please note that it will be on request and charged as an extra.

AMENITIES & BATH PRODUCTS

We provide sustainable bath products : shower gel and shampoo.
We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

For any questions or assistance, we are available 7 days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Paris time).

HOUSEKEEPING

We propose mid-stay professional cleaning services only for long stays over 10 days that include making beds with clean linens, dusting furniture, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen and towel exchanges.

This service will be billed at the same rate as the Cleaning fees displayed on this listing page. Please ask us once you booked your reservation to arrange day and time for this service. Only upon availability of the cleaning team.

LOSS OF KEY

Please note that the loss of a key will result in a cost of €150 per key.
