The space

This atypical loft-style duplex blends the retro charm of the 1970s with a minimalist contemporary aesthetic, creating a space that is warm, bright, and highly functional.

The apartment layout

On the first level:

A spacious, light-filled living room, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the city, featuring carefully curated décor, a comfortable sofa, and a calm, soothing atmosphere.

An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, designed for easy cooking and fitted with all the necessary modern appliances.

Separate guest toilets.

Upstairs:

You will find a second cozy living area, along with two double bedrooms.

Each bedroom offers direct access to the bathroom, which is equipped with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a toilet.

Sleeping arrangements:

• 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm)

• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm)

• 1 bathroom with shower, sink(s), and toilet

Every room has been thoughtfully designed with special attention to materials, clean lines, and ambiance, offering an elegant, refined, and comfortable setting.

Upon arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions possible (fresh bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials provided).

A comprehensive house manual will also be available, including all the information you need for a pleasant stay (safety guidelines, appliances, and our favorite local neighborhood spots).

To help ensure you have the most pleasant stay, please note:

• This is the owners’ primary residence, so some personal belongings and items may be present in the apartment.

• The apartment is spread over two levels, with a staircase leading to the upper floor.

• The wood-burning stove is decorative only and not functional.

• The apartment is furnished with antique, carefully sourced pieces and delicate designer furniture. It is therefore best suited for respectful and attentive guests who will take great care of the space and its furnishings.

Just steps from the apartment, you’ll find:

The canal itself is a favorite gathering place for Parisians - ideal for a morning stroll, a picnic by the water, or an evening drink as the sun sets.

CHECK-IN AFTER 8PM

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival (payment on cash):
+ 20 € (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
+ 30 € (after 10 p.m.)
+ 50 € (after midnight)

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please note that it will be charge as an extra.

AMENITIES & BATH PRODUCTS

We provide sustainable bath products from French cosmetics brand NUXE Paris : shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

HOUSEKEEPING

For long stays of more than 7 days, we can provide an additional cleaning service including replacement of all household linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) which will be charged as an extra at 195€.
