A thoughtfully designed lounge area featuring a custom-built bookshelf filled with curated books and objects, a comfortable sofa, and a warm, creative atmosphere.

A dining area seamlessly integrated into the space, ideal for sharing meals or working in a bright and inspiring setting.

A fully equipped open kitchen with a clean, modern design.

The space is further elevated by unique elements such as a piano and carefully selected vintage and design furniture, giving the apartment a distinctive personality.

The sleeping area:

A beautiful bedroom set behind a glass partition (atelier-style), creating a unique architectural feature while maintaining a sense of intimacy thanks to full curtains.

The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and offers a calm and cozy environment for restful nights.

A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, designed with clean lines and quality materials.

Separate toilet.

Sleeping arrangements:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm)

• 1 sofa bed in the living room (suitable for 1 additional guest)

Baby equipment is available upon request (stroller, baby crib, high chair, etc.) for an additional fee.

This service must be requested at the time of booking or at the latest 72 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests.

The apartment benefits from exceptional natural light throughout the day thanks to its large windows, as well as a rare sense of space for a central Paris location.

Every detail has been carefully considered from materials to furniture and decorative elements creating a unique, stylish, and welcoming atmosphere.

Upon arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions possible (fresh bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials provided).

A comprehensive house manual will also be available, including all the information you need for a pleasant stay (appliances, practical information, and our favorite local neighborhood spots).

To help ensure you have the most pleasant stay, please note:

• This is the owners’ primary residence, so some personal belongings and items may be present in the apartment.

• The bedroom is separated by a glass partition (not fully soundproof).

• The apartment is located in a typical Parisian building, ensuring a calm and authentic environment.

• The interior features carefully selected design pieces and decorative elements; it is therefore best suited for respectful and attentive guests who will take great care of the space and its furnishings.

Located at 13 rue des Petites Écuries, you’ll be in the heart of one of the most vibrant and sought-after areas of Paris’s 10th arrondissement.

Rue des Petites Écuries is known for its lively atmosphere and outstanding food scene, with a great mix of trendy restaurants, bistronomy spots, coffee shops, wine bars, and local favorites. It’s a popular area among Parisians for dining out and enjoying the neighborhood vibe.

Within a short walk, you can easily reach Grands Boulevards, Strasbourg–Saint-Denis, as well as theaters, boutiques, and cultural venues. The area offers the perfect balance between a dynamic Parisian lifestyle and a pleasant residential setting.

CHECK-IN AFTER 8PM

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival (payment on cash):
+ 20 € (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
+ 30 € (after 10 p.m.)
+ 50 € (after midnight)

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please note that it will be charge as an extra.

AMENITIES & BATH PRODUCTS

We provide sustainable bath products from French cosmetics brand NUXE Paris : shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

HOUSEKEEPING

For long stays of more than 7 days, we can provide an additional cleaning service including replacement of all household linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) which will be charged as an extra at 140€.

LOSS OF KEY(S)

Please note that losing a set of keys will incur a cost of €150 per set.
