Thoughtfully arranged, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, a quiet breakfast, or a glass of wine at sunset an authentic Parisian experience.

The apartment features a spacious living area with a comfortable lounge equipped with TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber), as well as a dining area ideal for sharing meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a short or extended stay.

The sleeping area offers two comfortable double bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a calm, restful atmosphere. Both bedrooms are equipped with mobile air conditioning unit to ensure comfortable sleeping conditions during warmer months.
These are portable floor-standing AC units (not central or built-in air conditioning systems) and are designed primarily to cool the bedrooms.

The apartment includes a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a separate shower room, as well as an additional separate toilet, ensuring optimal comfort for guests.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

Baby equipment can be provided for rent upon request (stroller, baby crib, high chair, etc.) at an additional cost.
This service must be requested at the time of booking and confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability.
For safety and hygiene reasons, bedding for infants and young children (sheets, blankets, pillows) is not provided. We kindly ask you to bring your own.

This apartment is the owners’ primary residence, lived in throughout the year, so some personal belongings may be present.

CHECK-IN AFTER 8PM

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival (payment on cash):
+ 20 € (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
+ 30 € (after 10 p.m.)
+ 50 € (after midnight)

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
If you'd like to have extra towels or linen, please make a request before arrival and note that it will be charge as an extra.

For safety and hygiene reasons, bedding for infants and toddlers (sheets, blankets, pillows) is not provided.
Please plan to bring your own.

AMENITIES & BATH PRODUCTS

We provide sustainable bath products from French cosmetics brand NUXE Paris : shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

HOUSEKEEPING

For long stays of more than 7 days, we can provide an additional cleaning service including replacement of all household linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) which will be charged as an extra at 220€.
