Hidden away at the back of a magnificent tree-filled cobblestone courtyard, the apartment immediately feels disconnected from the city’s energy while remaining in the heart of one of Paris’ most vibrant neighborhoods.
The loft develops approximately 60 sqm over several split levels, creating a striking architectural experience with beautiful volumes and constantly evolving perspectives.
One of the apartment’s most remarkable features is its spectacular custom glass façade overlooking the verdant courtyard, flooding the interiors with natural light and creating a rare indoor-outdoor atmosphere seldom found in Paris.
The main living area combines contemporary architecture, bespoke millwork, designer furnishings, curated lighting, and carefully selected decorative pieces, creating a sophisticated yet deeply warm atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for both short and extended stays, along with a comfortable dining area ideal for enjoying meals in the calm and unique setting of the loft.
The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests.
The sleeping area is located upstairs and features a queen-size bed within a beautifully designed mezzanine-style space.
Please note that the upstairs area features a ceiling height of approximately 2 meters (6’6”) and may feel less comfortable for taller guests.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower (6’6”) and toilet within a compact yet highly optimized designer space.

For this reason, the property is unfortunately not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, babies, toddlers, or young children.
A mobile air-conditioning unit is available during warmer months in the living area and a portable air cooler is available in the bedroom.

The apartment is located within a primary residence environment and contains some personal belongings.
The property includes several staircases and split-level spaces throughout the loft.
The upstairs sleeping area has reduced ceiling height and may not be suitable for taller guests.
The bathroom is compact and designed in an optimized loft configuration.
The apartment is not suitable for babies, toddlers, or guests with reduced mobility due to the stairs and unprotected levels.
A mobile air-conditioning unit is available in the living room, though the apartment is not equipped with central air conditioning.

Fresh linens are provided for each bed, along with one bath towel and one hand towel per guest.
Should you require additional linens or towels, please request them prior to arrival. Additional charges may apply.
For safety and hygiene reasons, baby linens (sheets, blankets, pillows) are not provided.
Please bring your own if needed.
BATH & WELCOME AMENITIES
We provide eco-friendly bath products from the French luxury brand NUXE Paris, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
We also provide a selection of welcome essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, toilet paper, etc.).
Please note that these items are supplied in limited quantities to cover the first days of your stay only.
HOUSEKEEPING
For stays longer than 7 days, we offer an additional housekeeping service including full linen replacement and apartment cleaning (dusting, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning) for an additional fee.
