The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms:
- a beautiful primary bedroom with a king-size bed and equipped with TV
- a second bedroom featuring a cleverly integrated fold-away queen-size bed designed to optimize circulation and space within the apartment and also equipped with TV
The primary bedroom faces the street, while the living room and second bedroom overlook the interior courtyard.
The apartment also includes a stunning contemporary bathroom with a large walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet with sink.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

The second bedroom is located in the entrance area of the apartment, meaning guests will pass through this space to access the living room and the rest of the apartment.
For this reason, the room is equipped with a fold-away queen-size bed, allowing the space to remain fluid, functional, and comfortable throughout the day.The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning but with ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well as in the living room, providing additional comfort during warmer months.
No personal belongings are present, and all closets and storage spaces are entirely available for guests’ use throughout their stay.

For stays longer than 7 days, we offer an additional housekeeping service including full linen replacement and apartment cleaning (dusting, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning) for an additional fee.
