The space

Located on the 1st floor with elevator access, the apartment offers a refined and peaceful atmosphere while being in one of Paris’ most sought-after neighborhoods.

The living area features a comfortable and bright lounge equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for both short and extended stays, along with a comfortable dining area that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms:

• a beautiful primary bedroom with a king-size bed and equipped with TV
• a second bedroom featuring a cleverly integrated fold-away queen-size bed designed to optimize circulation and space within the apartment and also equipped with TV

The primary bedroom faces the street, while the living room and second bedroom overlook the interior courtyard.

The apartment also includes a stunning contemporary bathroom with a large walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet with sink.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

You will particularly appreciate the noble materials, custom millwork, sophisticated décor, curated lighting, and the elegant yet soothing atmosphere throughout the space.

To ensure the best possible experience, please note:

• The second bedroom is located in the entrance area of the apartment, meaning guests will pass through this space to access the living room and the rest of the apartment.
  For this reason, the room is equipped with a fold-away queen-size bed, allowing the space to remain fluid, functional, and comfortable throughout the day.

• The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning but with ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well as in the living room, providing additional comfort during warmer months.

• No personal belongings are present, and all closets and storage spaces are entirely available for guests’ use throughout their stay.

For late arrivals (check-in after 8:00 PM), please note that an additional fee will apply upon arrival:

LINENS & TOWELS

Fresh linens are provided for each bed, along with one bath towel and one hand towel per guest.

Should you require additional linens or towels, please request them prior to arrival. Additional charges may apply.

For safety and hygiene reasons, baby linens (sheets, blankets, pillows) are not provided.
Please bring your own if needed.

BATH & WELCOME AMENITIES

We provide eco-friendly bath products from the French luxury brand NUXE Paris, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

We also provide a selection of welcome essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, toilet paper, etc.).
Please note that these items are supplied in limited quantities to cover the first days of your stay only.

HOUSEKEEPING

For stays longer than 7 days, we offer an additional housekeeping service including full linen replacement and apartment cleaning (dusting, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning) for an additional fee.

For any questions or assistance, we are available 7 days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (local time).

LOST KEY(S)

Please note that the loss of a set of keys will incur a replacement fee of €150 per set.

À LA CARTE SERVICES

Baby equipment is available upon request and for rental (stroller, crib, high chair, etc.) for an additional fee. This service must be requested at the time of booking and confirmed no later than 72 hours before arrival, subject to availability.

For safety and hygiene reasons, baby and toddler linens (sheets, blankets, pillows) are not provided. Please plan accordingly.
