Located on Avenue Rachel, at the foot of Montmartre, this exceptional 1,291 sq. ft. duplex offers a rare combination of dramatic architectural volumes, natural light, carefully curated interiors, and an unmistakable artistic identity.
From the moment you enter, the apartment reveals its unique character through a striking green entrance gallery leading toward the spectacular main living area. The heart of the home is an impressive double-height living room flooded with natural light. A dramatic glass façade opens onto views of the treetops, creating an unusual sense of connection with nature in the heart of Paris.

The living room combines elegant designer furnishings, abundant greenery and a large projector, creating an inviting space for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying a movie after a day exploring Paris.
The dining area extends naturally from the living room and features a striking Japanese-inspired decorative screen, a beautiful wooden dining table, and generous windows overlooking the trees.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for both short and extended stays, allowing guests to comfortably prepare meals and enjoy the apartment as a true Parisian home.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable full-size double bed measuring 55 × 75 in (140 × 190 cm).
A second sleeping area is located on the open mezzanine overlooking the living room. Separated from the rest of the space by a curtain rather than a permanent wall, this distinctive room can be prepared either as: • one Queen-size bed measuring 63 × 79 in (160 × 200 cm) • two Twin beds measuring 31.5 × 79 in (80 × 200 cm each)
Please let us know your preferred configuration before arrival. By default, the mezzanine will be prepared as one double bed.

The main bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a toilet. A separate guest toilet is also located on the lower level.

Throughout the apartment, carefully selected artwork, designer furniture, plants, books, and architectural details create the atmosphere of a genuine artist’s home rather than a conventional vacation rental.

You will particularly appreciate the exceptional natural light, the dramatic double-height architecture, the views over the treetops, the fireplace, the distinctive decorative elements, and the rare feeling of staying in a creative Parisian residence.
The apartment is located in one of the most vibrant areas of Paris, yet its interiors offer a refined and intimate retreat after a day exploring Montmartre, Pigalle and the rest of the city.

Upon arrival, everything will be prepared for your stay, including fresh bed linens, towels, and complimentary welcome amenities from the French luxury skincare brand NUXE Paris.

A detailed welcome guide will also be provided, containing all essential information about the apartment (safety instructions, equipment, and our neighborhood recommendations) to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

To ensure the best possible experience, please note:

· The apartment is arranged over two levels and includes an interior staircase. Particular care is recommended with young children when using the stairs.

· The second sleeping area is located on an open mezzanine and is separated from the living room by a curtain rather than a permanent wall. The mezzanine is secured by a transparent guardrail but does not offer the same level of privacy as a conventional bedroom.

· The fireplace is purely decorative, is not functional, and must not be used under any circumstances.

· The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning.

· This is a carefully curated designer residence featuring numerous delicate materials, decorative elements, and fragile furnishings. The apartment is therefore particularly suited to respectful and careful guests who will treat the property and its interiors with the same care as the owners.

· The owners kindly ask guests to remove their shoes upon entering the apartment in order to preserve the floors and the carefully curated interiors.

· The apartment has a collective heating system controlled by the condominium. Heating is generally available from mid-October through beginning of April. As the system is centrally managed by the building, the heating period and operation cannot be individually controlled by the apartment.

· The apartment is located near the lively Pigalle area. As a result, some level of city and street noise may be heard from the apartment.

A few personal belongings and private storage areas remain on site, while the living spaces are entirely dedicated to your comfort throughout your stay.

The neighborhood

Ideally located on Avenue Rachel, this apartment enjoys a privileged position at the foot of Montmartre, between the lively atmosphere of Pigalle and the more residential streets surrounding Montmartre. The Moulin Rouge is just a few minutes away on foot, while Blanche and Place de Clichy provide immediate access to the rest of Paris.
Montmartre is one of the capital’s most iconic neighborhoods, famous for its artistic heritage, winding streets, village-like atmosphere, cafés, galleries and sweeping views across Paris.
From the apartment, you can easily explore the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, Place du Tertre, Rue Lepic, the former artists’ quarter and the many independent cafés, bakeries, wine bars and restaurants that make this part of Paris so distinctive.
The nearby Pigalle neighborhood adds a more vibrant and contemporary dimension, with cocktail bars, music venues, restaurants and late-night addresses.

LINENS & TOWELS

Fresh bed linens are provided for each sleeping arrangement, along with one bath towel and one hand towel per guest. Should you require additional linens or towels, please request them prior to arrival. Additional charges may apply. For safety and hygiene reasons, baby linens (sheets, blankets and pillows) are not provided.

BATH & WELCOME AMENITIES

We provide eco-friendly bath amenities from the French luxury skincare brand NUXE Paris, including body wash, shampoo and conditioner. A selection of welcome essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, toilet paper, etc.) is also provided. Please note that these items are supplied in limited quantities to cover the first days of your stay only.

HOUSEKEEPING

For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer an optional housekeeping service including complete apartment cleaning and fresh bed linens and towels for an additional fee.
