The space

Located on the 4th floor of a beautiful period building, this spacious 1,076 sq. ft. apartment offers the perfect balance between timeless Parisian charm, generous living spaces, and modern comfort.

The bright living room features comfortable seating, a TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, and an inviting atmosphere ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for both short and extended stays, along with a welcoming dining area where up to four guests can comfortably enjoy meals together.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms:

• A spacious primary suite featuring a queen-size bed, custom storage, and an elegant en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

• A comfortable second bedroom equipped with a full-size bed (55 × 75 in / 140 × 190 cm), perfect for children, teenagers, or a second couple.

A second independent bathroom with a walk-in shower is also available, in addition to a separate guest toilet, offering excellent comfort for families or friends traveling together.

A dedicated laundry room equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer is available for guests' convenience.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

You will particularly appreciate the generous proportions, elegant Parisian atmosphere, abundant natural light, carefully curated furnishings, and the feeling of staying in a true Parisian home rather than a standard vacation rental.

Its exceptional location allows you to explore many of Paris' most iconic landmarks entirely on foot, while enjoying the lively atmosphere of Rue Sainte-Anne and its renowned Japanese restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and specialty shops.

Upon arrival, everything will be prepared for your stay, including bath amenities.

A detailed welcome guide will also be provided, containing all essential information about the apartment (safety instructions, equipment, and our favorite neighborhood recommendations) to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

To ensure the best possible experience, please note:

• The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator. While the historic staircase is beautiful and full of Parisian charm, it includes numerous steps (103 in total) and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or heavy luggage.

• This apartment is the owners' primary residence, lived in throughout the year. Some personal belongings and a few private storage areas may therefore remain within the apartment.

• The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning.

• Guests who are particularly tall may find the 2.05 m (6 ft 9 in) ceiling height somewhat restrictive.

• The fireplace is purely decorative, is not functional, and must not be used under any circumstances.

• Renovation work began in a neighboring building overlooking the interior courtyard in late July 2026. While the level of disturbance may vary depending on the progress of the works, please feel free to contact us before booking for the latest update.

• Occasionally and unpredictably, some odors may come from the bathroom drains due to the building’s historic plumbing. This is a rare occurrence, only a few times a year, despite regular maintenance.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment as shown in the photos.
Although this is the owners' primary residence, the apartment has been carefully prepared for your stay.
A few personal belongings and private storage areas remain on site, while the living spaces are entirely dedicated to your comfort throughout your stay.

For any questions or assistance, we are available 7 days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (local time).

On the day of your arrival, we will personally welcome you to the apartment, introduce you to the property, and hand over the keys.

Airport connections:

• Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Direct via RER A + RER B or Metro Line 14 connections (approximately 45–55 minutes).

For late arrivals (check-in after 8:00 PM), please note that an additional fee will apply upon arrival:
• €20 (between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM)
• €30 (after 10:00 PM)

LINENS & TOWELS

Fresh bed linens are provided for each bed, along with one bath towel and one hand towel per guest.
Should you require additional linens or towels, please let us know prior to arrival. Additional charges may apply.
For safety and hygiene reasons, baby linens (sheets, blankets and pillows) are not provided.

BATH & WELCOME AMENITIES

We provide eco-friendly bath amenities from the French luxury skincare brand NUXE Paris, including body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
A selection of welcome essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, toilet paper, etc.) is also provided.
Please note that these items are supplied in limited quantities to cover the first days of your stay only.

HOUSEKEEPING

For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer an optional housekeeping service including a complete apartment cleaning as well as fresh bed linens and towels for an additional fee.
Should you wish to schedule this service, please contact us in advance (subject to availability).

À LA CARTE SERVICES

Baby equipment is available upon request and for rental (stroller, baby crib, high chair, etc.) for an additional fee.
This service must be requested at the time of booking and confirmed no later than 72 hours before arrival, subject to availability.
