The space

The apartment consists at the entrance of a living area with a sofa and a large wall-mounted TV, a modern open equipped kitchen with a table that can comfortably accommodate +/- 4 people, a corridor leading to seperated toilet, an independent bathroom with shower, a first double bedroom with dressing and a second double bedroom with its private bathroom and a small office space.
Please note that there only one toilet in the entire apartment.

That is :

• 1 double bedroom (160x200) with its private bathroom with shower (no toilet) ;

• 1 double bedroom (140x200) ;

• 1 independent bathroom with shower (no toilet) ;

• only 1 separate toilet;

• plenty of storage space fully available ;

The apartment is fully equipped with WIFI, TV, WASHING MACHINE, COMBINED OVEN, NESPRESSO COFFEE MAKER, TOASTER, KETTLE, KITCHEN UTENSILS, ...).

Please note that the apartment is not equipped with air conditioning and has only one toilet.

When you arrive, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions (bed linen, towels and bath products).

Self check-in from 4:00 p.m.

A complete housing manual will be at your disposal with all the information you need to have a pleasant & hase-free stay (safety, equipment, good neighborhood addresses, etc.).

You will particularly appreciate the tranquility of this apartment overlooking the courtyard and its prestigious location with the main major tourist sites at walking distance !

Baby equipment is available upon request (stroller, baby crib, high chair, etc.) for an additional fee.

This service must be requested at the time of booking or at the latest 72 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability. For safety and hygiene reasons, bedding for infants and toddlers (sheets, blankets, pillows) is not provided. Please plan to bring your own if you wish to use the crib.

• Self check-in from 4pm; if you'd like to check-in earlier (before 4pm), let us know. If that's possible, we will be happy to accomodate you !

• Check-out at 11am the latest ;

• 1 set of keys will be at your disposal

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, just next the Ministry of the Interior on Place Beauvau and the Elysée Palace.
Reknown for its chic and its French art de vivre, this area will seduce you with its sumptuous Haussmann buildings, its palaces and its many luxury fashion boutiques, a stone's throw from the most prestigious avenues of the capital.

Getting around

METRO

• Metro Miromesnil (Line 9 & 13)> 3 min on foot (250m);

• Metro Champs-Élysées Clemenceau (Line 1 & 9)> 6 min walk (650m);

• Metro Madeleine (line 8, 12 & 14)> 9 min walk (850m);

BY CAR

THE AIRPORTS

• FROM CHARLES DE GAULLE AIRPORT: we recommend that you take the RER B train to CHÂTELET-LES-HALLES, then metro line 1 (yellow) to CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES CLEMENCEAU
  The metro exit is 650 m from the apartment, or about 6 minutes on foot.

• FROM ORLY AIRPORT: we recommend that you take the ORLYVAL shuttle to ANTHONY, then the RER B CHÂTELET-LES-HALLES, then metro line 1 (yellow) to CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES CLEMENCEAU
  The metro exit is 650 m from the apartment, or about 6 minutes on foot.

TRAIN STATIONS

• FROM GARE DU NORD / GARE DE LEST: we recommend that you take metro line 5 (orange) to RÉPUBLIQUE, then line 9 (khaki) to MIROMESNIL. The metro exit is 250 m from the apartment, about 3 minutes on foot.

• FROM MONTPARNASSE STATION: we advise you to take metro line 13 to MIROMESNIL. The metro exit is 250 m from the apartment, about 3 minutes on foot.

• FROM LYON STATION: metro line 1 (yellow) to CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES CLEMENCEAU. The metro exit is 650 m from the apartment, or about 6 minutes on foot.

Other things to note

LINENS & TOWELS

Fresh linens are provided for each bed, along with one bath towel and one hand towel per guest.

Should you require additional linens or towels, please request them prior to arrival. Additional charges may apply.

For safety and hygiene reasons, baby linens (sheets, blankets, pillows) are not provided.
Please bring your own if needed.

BATH & WELCOME AMENITIES

We provide eco-friendly bath products from the French luxury brand NUXE Paris, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

We also provide a selection of welcome essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, toilet paper, etc.).
Please note that these items are supplied in limited quantities to cover the first days of your stay only.

HOUSEKEEPING

For stays longer than 7 days, we offer an additional housekeeping service including full linen replacement and apartment cleaning (dusting, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning) for an additional fee.

If interested, please contact us to arrange a suitable day and time for our team’s visit (subject to availability).

7/7 ASSISTANCE

For any questions or assistance, we are available 7 days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (local time).

LOST KEY(S)

Please note that the loss of a set of keys will incur a replacement fee of €150 per set.
